Do not waste your time especially with Belinda Eguia. They will lure you in with an email price and as soon as you get in the door raise it and tell you they'd be losing money if they honored it. Belinda Eguia emailed a price saying it was available, I drove from Fort Worth to south Dallas in rush hour traffic only for her to pawn me off on someone else never to face us again. To add insult to injury they lowballed my trade by $5k saying they use kbb poor condition even though my vehicle is pristine. This place is an absolutely a fraudulent joke, you've been warned. More
I traded my vehicle to Freedom Chevrolet Buick GMC two months ago, and they still haven't paid off my trade-in loan as agreed. This negligence has resulted in collection calls from my lender and damage to months ago, and they still haven't paid off my trade-in loan as agreed. This negligence has resulted in collection calls from my lender and damage to my credit score. My attempts to resolve this issue have been met with indifference. Phone calls to the dealership go nowhere - I'm repeatedly promised callbacks that never happen. When I visited in person, I was initially asked to wait 10 minutes, only to be completely forgotten. Upon following up at their office, I was rudely told they were busy with "other customers" and threatened that they wouldn't help me at all unless I went back to the waiting area. It's been two full months, my loan is now delinquent, and I have no idea when or if they plan to fulfill their obligation to pay off my trade-in. Their unprofessional conduct and failure to honor our agreement is completely unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this dealership. More

Deceptive advertising, false advertising! ! I originally saw an advertisement for a new 3500 Silverado ltz listed on car gurus, then pulled up the dealer website as well to verify price. Deale ! I originally saw an advertisement for a new 3500 Silverado ltz listed on car gurus, then pulled up the dealer website as well to verify price. Dealer site showed a “freedom discount” of $19,888 bringing the total price to $54,227 with original msrp of $74,115.00, same advertised price as car gurus. I figured it could have been a mistake still but called the dealership to find out anyway, I talked with “Letty” a sales team associate about the truck and the advertised price on March 30th she verified the advertised price of $54,227 as well as telling me the truck is in stock, asking when I want to come take a look. She let me know that if I didn’t qualify for all of the additional factory incentives that would be added to the sale price, even though the advertised price clearly lists the factory incentives as “other offers” you may qualify for and freedom discount of $19,888 separate. Ok no big deal, still a good deal. She texts me saying she will see what she can do. Don’t hear anything, then April 1st I get a call from Jason another sales member, asking if I’m ready to come buy the truck , I let him know I am, he asks me to text him a picture of my ID and asks if I have already filled out the financing form. Sent the photo and he sent me back photos of the actual truck to verify it is on the lot and available as well as a photo of a second sticker showing the price at almost $82,000… I said I want to verify price, he lets me know he can do msrp of 74k. I told him the advertised price is $54k, he then says, well I don’t qualify for all the factory rebates so I wouldn’t t be able to get that advertised deal. I informed him the listed rebates are only $2500 max so that math doesn’t ad up, he has Jason the manager call back, jason just says that they don’t honor third party price mistakes, I informed him this is from their own site not just a third party “this dealer actually emailed me the advertisement with a photo of the truck, the vin and the advertised price of $54k”…he still says Won’t sell at advertised price, that’s not the real price….price was a mistake This Clearly screams false advertisement to get potential buyers to come to the dealership when staff is verifying discounts one day and then totally different story later on. Definitely seems to be violating Texas DMV rule 215-250…. More

I got excuses and issues with no attempts for solutions until after I informed them I would give them an unfavorable survey and review. I will NEVER take my car here again. Sad because this used to be our until after I informed them I would give them an unfavorable survey and review. I will NEVER take my car here again. Sad because this used to be our preferred service location. It took 8 days to complete a job that took less than 4 hours. I paid $105 per day for a rental while they sat on their hands waiting for me to make phone calls to get parts and light fires to get things moving. No loaner. (I’m shocked, NOT!) They blamed warranty company and passed the buck until I completely lost my cool. NEVER AGAIN. I’ll try to fix my car myself before I take it here again. More
