My 2022 Suburban has been to multiple dealerships to get an ongoing issue resolved. As I am currently on a 6mo wait list I reached out to Freedom and was put in touch with Mr. Kelton. I expressed to Mr. Kel an ongoing issue resolved. As I am currently on a 6mo wait list I reached out to Freedom and was put in touch with Mr. Kelton. I expressed to Mr. Kelton that this is our family vehicle so I cannot leave it without a loaner. He suggested I bring it by on a Saturday because that was first come first serve. They worked with me over the phone and getting the necessary paperwork filled out and kept in touch with me about picking up the vehicle and solutions if I didn’t make it. I really appreciated the communication. I picked up my vehicle and was assured the problem was fixed. My fingers are crossed because this has been a long process. As nice as they were I’m tired of dealing with this maintenance issue. However, I would absolutely reach out to Mr. Kelton if need be because I believe he is committed to making sure the issue is resolved no matter how many times it needs to be worked on. More

The absolute worst car buying experience in my life. A lot of tricks and deception in the sales process my opinion. Sales managers have a problem with being upfront with customers. Belinda Eguia emailed a price saying it was available, I drove from Fort Worth to south Dallas in rush hour traffic only for her to pawn me off on someone else never to face us again. To add insult to injury they lowballed my trade by $5k saying they use kbb poor condition even though my vehicle is pristine. This place is an absolutely a fraudulent joke, you've been warned. More
I traded my vehicle to Freedom Chevrolet Buick GMC two months ago, and they still haven't paid off my trade-in loan as agreed. This negligence has resulted in collection calls from my lender and damage to my credit score. My attempts to resolve this issue have been met with indifference. Phone calls to the dealership go nowhere - I'm repeatedly promised callbacks that never happen. When I visited in person, I was initially asked to wait 10 minutes, only to be completely forgotten. Upon following up at their office, I was rudely told they were busy with "other customers" and threatened that they wouldn't help me at all unless I went back to the waiting area. It's been two full months, my loan is now delinquent, and I have no idea when or if they plan to fulfill their obligation to pay off my trade-in. Their unprofessional conduct and failure to honor our agreement is completely unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this dealership. More
