I was told my loan on my trade in would get paid off the next day, A week later and the autopayment on my trade in gets automatically removed from my account. When i called first i was put on hold for 10 minutes and hung up on, then when i called back i was told it was my fault and that the vehicle and loan was still my responsibility. Just so happens that they "finalized the deal today" Even though they told me it would be done a week ago. Now I'm out an extra car payment, Terrible customer service. More
