This dealership was hands down the best used car dealership that I've EVER conducted business with in the history of my life. My wife and I traveled from PA to purchase one of their cars that was listed on Autotrader.com at a great price. We first called to verify the price (which they honored the internet price), and availability. Once we arrived, we were greeted outside so we asked for Logan, who was the salesperson who we spoke to over the phone. Logan grabbed the keys to an '08 Lexus for a test drive and my wife fell in love with the car. At first, our initial monthly payment was not doable so Qasim (owner) made some adjustments to bring down our monthly payment to our liking. But that's not even the best part of our experience. While we were waiting on the financing, my wife and I were planning on going to get a bit to eat; instead Qasim was gracious enough to offer us a free lunch from his restaurant--which was very good and just added to our appreciation of the great service that we were receiving!!! Everyone within the dealership was very courteous, friendly, and interested in accompanying our needs. Our experience with this dealership really made the 2 1/2 hour trip from PA well worth it as we drove back in our new Lexus! We'll definitely shop here again!! More
I recently purchased a 2005 Lincoln Aviator from Fred"s Select Auto and it was the best car purchase experience anyone could have asked for. The salesman, Logan, was very polite and helpful. I called Freds up to ask about a Pontiac G6 they had for sale. They had it listed for $15,900 on Cars.com. It was a a the GXP version with Leather interior, heated seats, and all kinds of other nice feature sale. They had it listed for $15,900 on Cars.com. It was listed at the same price as the base models of the same year that had similar, if not more mileage. I asked Tony if they would honor that price, and he assured me they would. I've been duped before like this so I called and asked again to make sure. He told me the car was being detailed for my arrival. When I finally arrived Tony came out and greeted me cordially; then went straight to showing me the car. The car was pristine and ran beautifully. Tony and OG both knocked out the paperwork rather fast. I was a little short of the final price so they allowed me to either mail them a check or call them to have them charge my card. They also gave me an amazing deal on a 5 yr warranty with 100k miles added coverage to the cars current mileage. They knocked off a thousand dollars on the warranty (normally would have been $2800) though part of this was a military discount. I highly recommend this dealership, and if you do go here, definitely ask for Tony or OG. They both changed my perception of cars' salesmen. More
First I have to say it can be partially blamed on me that I internet purchased this vehicle. All the research I have done through carmax had checked out just fine. My issue with this dealer is that, they referred me to this rating and told me they was on the up and up. When it comes down to it is that if you keep looking up reviews that this is the on only site that has anything good to say about them. Here is my situation, I purchased a vehicle from them online and sent them a check, I told them I didnt want to purchase a warranty from them which is through AutoSave(scam look it up) and they by mistake charged me $3100 for the warranty which i didnt even send in the application form. Before I even drove the car I sent in my request to cancel to work with them and they charged me a $1400 cancellation fee which on the agreement of the application for which i didnt send in say they can charge $75 and after every mile it determines the charge. Also when I got the vehicle they didnt even have the sense to have it cleaned throughly as a dealer should, which this is a 2008 vehicle a luxury one at that. Now I have to replace the shocks on the front end and I only had it for two weeks but the lemon law in VA is protecting the dealer long as it passes the inspection of the state, which mechanics can patch things up for that. Just be aware and vigilant. My experience doesnt have to be yours but I got screwed for $40,000 by this dealer. I put this up on this site because they will show you this site to make them look honest but if search other reviews the truth is in all the rest. More
This was the most stessful and amazing car deal I have ever done, Stressful because I came in with the worst credit ever, I had been turned down by every car dealership in northern va, and was extremly u ever done, Stressful because I came in with the worst credit ever, I had been turned down by every car dealership in northern va, and was extremly upside down on my car trade. I was certain this was going to be a waste of time. Now comes the AMAZING part. Brandon showed me a car, and David worked a miracle and got me approved within 1 hour (on a sat afternoon), and then came Qasim, the man, seeing my situation with my current car and my horrible credit he and David worked an amazing deal. They got me into a 2010 Nissan, with very low miles, and hardly any money down, not only that! Qasim bought my trade so I wasnt showing so much negative eqity to the bank. Wait thats only half of it, they also was able to keep a low monthly payment on my new car. It was a second chance at life again. My poor credit was largely due to a divorce and I felt I was never going to be able to get another car or move forward. I had spent months trying to get out of my old car, other dealerships promise so many things, no credit, poor credit, low down payments, they will even call you and tell you come in you've been pre approved over the phone just come in and pick out any car you want.Only to find out they want thousands down and a bank will not approve you. Its discouraging when you go through that process many times. At Freds, it was 100% different, everything they said they could do, they did, and went above and beyond that. I will never purchase a car from anyone else but Freds. I went in with nothing on myside, and left with, a new family, and car. Couldnt get any better. Lorraine-Woodbridge More
This dealership is THE BEST hands down....I've had multiple experiences with them and they all have been TOP SHELF!! I walked in with the worst credit ever thinking they would turn me away like every other dealership but they didnt. They said, "Dont worry we will take care of you" and they did just that. I had nothing to trade-in and I left totally satisfied with what I wanted which was a 2001 Yukon Denali XL. Six months later I came back and I traded my Denali for a 2007 Lexus ES 350 and now I drive a 2009 Lexus GS 430! I would NEVER deal with another dealership besides this one. Quasim (boss man), David (financing) and the rest of the Fred's team are magical and awesome. I love you guys and thank you so much for the great, satisfying opportunities. Lea was absolutely great by not pressuring me to buy. Deen was on point and provided me with the best option for financing. The Big Guy is a true business man. I mentioned a few concerns I had about the truck before I purchased it. He saw to it that I was satisfied and kept the truck until everything was repaired adequately. They gave me a loaner while the truck was being repaired. What I most appreciated it was we agreed with a handshake and a pat on the back (old school). My wife and I stopped by to possibly purchase a used vehicle, and not only they produced a top of the line deal for the trade in, but also provided top shelf advise on what we should do and how to approach this trade in. Kasim, who offered different deals to work with, was very helpful as he worked around us as the customer. Dennis, who was the sales man, was very patient as this process took about a week to complete. He was also informative on the selection of cars we were interested in. OG and David were both easy to talk to and very professional. Over all, the customer service was over the top and all businesses should follow their process. More

Dennis is a great saleman he tell you the truth and works hard to make sure you leave happy and not taken adavantage of. David is the money man he will make sure to find you the best deal he can find out for you and will not stop untill you get the right payment that you need. O.G. reads all the paperwork to you making sure that you have an understanding of all the paperwork. Overall, this dealership is the greatest and I recommend to all!!!!!!! More
