That Freds Select Auto. Meet the staff in person to get your own opionions and observations. Everyone has a different experience and mine was great. That entire team was knowledgeable and friendly. Deen, Leah and Tom made the experience personal and hooked me up. (Ask for Leah when you go into test drive, she is very good at what she does and will get you to your dream car). David Molano and Ksim found me an excellent deal and saved me a SIGNIFICANT amount of money. The whole team takes good care of their customers. I already referred 3 close and important people to Freds Select. There is no way I left that place without a smile! More
"Spent about four months researching cars before making a purchase. Wanted something comfortable, stylish, fun, with good gas mileage.... specifically looking for something in the 200 hp range with making a purchase. Wanted something comfortable, stylish, fun, with good gas mileage.... specifically looking for something in the 200 hp range with about 30 MPG highway for my daily commute. Drove the Hyundai Genesis Coupe... fun, but noisy on the highway and the engine RPMs hung at around 3000 doing 70 mph.... despite the claim of 30 mpg on the sticker, I highly doubted it. Drove a Volvo C30... liked it, but the styling just didn't do it for me. Drove a Civic SI and was thoroughly unimpressed. Was about to give up when I walked by a sleek looking black car at a used car lot. Asked the dealer what it was, as I'd never seen one before. He looked at the back and said "It's an Audi R8, and that's all I know." I was intrigued. Googled some quick stats and found that the car was right in my sweet spot. Spent the next hour at a FRED'S SELECT AUTO dealership test driving a 2012.... I didn't want to give it back! It was sporty, but not too sporty...more highway cruiser than racer. It was luxury car quiet, and the interior was head and shoulder above everything else I had driven. I bought one in Dec, 2012 and could not be happier with it. I've got about 34000 miles on it now, and during my mostly highway commute I average 35+ mpg...sometimes as high as 38. One think i wanna say the customer service was excellent, Ogee and Daved specifically Tam he help me to get my dream car, they are the most nice people i met and very hight professional skills ... I guarantee you'll hate everything else you already went try with Fred's Select Auto they have the best luxury cars in Woodbridge VA 22191 I would recommend this car to a family member and friend: Yes More

Hi my name is Hena, I am a software professional.. I was a first time buyer and knew hardly anything about cars. I wanted it to be a first time good experience in terms of money and quality of car. However a first time buyer and knew hardly anything about cars. I wanted it to be a first time good experience in terms of money and quality of car. However knowing that i will be buying a used card with the budget in mind I was unsure of getting an awesome deal. One of my friends recommended me to this place and so I visited Fred Auto. I didnt have to look far and my eyes were set on the Honda civic coupe 2010 model. I must say they have great customer service skills. They understood my budget issues which was an imp. factor (also the price is a lot less than kbb price value) and best of all I got my car which I loved instantly. I also got a year manufacture warranty which is an added bonus. They are very transparent, I got to see the car history report. I went for a test drive and simply love the car. I could not expect any better and felt happy that I made the right decision to buy from them. They are very respectful, quick and for the price I got what more can I say!!! I will always cherish my first car buying experience. More
My name is Darius and I am an Executive Business Consultant and lifelong North Carolina resident. I was approved by my bank for an auto loan and initially did not know of Fred's Select Auto. I alwa Consultant and lifelong North Carolina resident. I was approved by my bank for an auto loan and initially did not know of Fred's Select Auto. I always shop around for deals and found myself in Arlington, Virginia at a location named Washington Boulevard Motors. Washington Boulevard Motors (specifically their finance man named "Tony") had given me a rundown of what to expect, as well as what documentation I'd need to bring with me (Copy of ID Card, Social Security card, recent mail verifying address -since I was an out of state resident- and things of the sort). He told me he'd spoken with the bank, all the numbers were good, etc. Upon arriving at the dealership, everything I was initially told was changed; this includes the down payment, which "Tony" from Washington Boulevard told me was a "misunderstanding" and that his 'salesman' had misquoted me. So, me being me, as much as I loved that new BMW X5, I felt I could not trust Washington Boulevard Motors of Arlington, Virginia. As such, I took my $25,000 approval home with me and decided to brainstorm. Keep in mind, I'd driven over four(4) hours to this dealership and it was for naught - they were extremely arrogant and obnoxious, not to mention unprofessional. However, I was going to tolerate their shenanigans just to get the car (knowing I'd not have to deal with them again). Furthermore, some of the staff were laughing at me as I left (speaking in Spanish, saying they were going to get over on me; they were thinking I didn't understand them, but I did). I immediately contacted the bank, to notify them that they needed to be extremely careful in dealing with Arlington Boulevard Motors. I asked for a list of other dealerships and proceeded to call around, but didn't feel comfortable with the dealers. They all just seemed a bit too slick for me. So I decided to call "Fred's Select Auto" and I promised myself that if they too were shady, I was going to report them to the bank, Consumer Protection, and just keep my current BMW X5 and forget buying a new car altogether. I called Fred's and was connected to a gentleman named "David." David seemed to be very friendly and intently listened to each and every detail of my situation. When I was finished venting, he asked me what I was looking for and I told him a new BMW X5, the color options, mileage range, etc. (so I could remain within my budget). David told me that Fred's Select would have a couple of representatives at the upcoming auction, so if I could wait a few days, he'd get me the X5, we'd go through the numbers via telephone, upfront ("so you don't make a long trip in uncertainty, Mr. Little.") This was a sign that Fred's Select was likely going to be "my lifetime dealer." A couple days passed and David called, letting me know that they'd need a deposit in order to go and buy a car on my behalf from the auction. This was very understandable because, though I knew I wasn't shady, just as there are shady dealers, there are shady customers. So Fred's needed some good-faith on my part. I paid the deposit via my credit card, over the telephone and we were good to go. A day later they let me know that they didn't get any X5's from the auction. I admit, this did annoy me a bit because David has told me he was certain they'd get an X5. He then let me know that they'd be going back to the auction in "a few days." As a Business Consultant, I have a very busy schedule, so I could not wait a few days. The bank had told me "We're in the business of giving loans. You want a car, so go find one and we'll give you the loan. We make money by giving you loans, so we want you to go get a car from somewhere." This helped me to feel empowered because bottom line, I was getting a car, from somewhere. And I didn't care where, I just didn't want any crap and I wanted to be talked to and treated like a human being. My Executive Assistant and I drove to Fred's. It was a 4 and 1/2 hour drive, but upon arrival, I was pleased to see the lot filled with nothing but luxury vehicles. As we pulled-up there were 3 families looking at various vehicles and going on test drives, getting their potential trade-ins appraised, etc. When I pulled up I was approached by a well dressed salesman, named "Tony." Tony knew who I was (likely by my vehicle) and notified me that David was with another customer, but that I'd be speaking with David later. Tony told me "we have things worked out and you will be driving this car home." I admit to thinking to myself "as long as you guys don't try any crap, I agree! I've got a loan for $25,000 and you're selling the car for $23,980 according to your website, so if you let me walk off this lot you're an idiot." Tony took my Assistant and I into the dealership, where they had an impeccable, clean and well groomed waiting room. Leather chairs awaited us, along with iced cold, bottled water. The staff weren't loud, but dealt with one another with respect. I felt at peace, officially. We appraised my old BMW X5 (in case I wanted to trade it) and went through the numbers. Things worked out wonderfully and all I can say is I will buy every vehicle I ever purchase from Fred's Select. As a Business Consultant, I deal with all types of companies. Fred's Select is a well-oiled machine, with friendly, gentle, non-overzealous folks plugged in by their leadership, working as a TEAM to get you the customer out of there with a vehicle. The most taxing part was signing all of the documents, but that is to be understood. I left with a sparkling Mercedes Benz C330 4MATIC with a Sports Package. The car is in impeccable condition, the new leather smell is still in my nose and I am just very pleased to have once again, found a dealer that is trustworthy. Yes, they must make a profit (what business isn't?), but they do so in a way that is not insulting, demeaning, belittling, or disrespectful. As weird as this sounds: I care about those folks and consider them extended family. I have a TON of clients who periodically purchase high end vehicles, so I will send every one of them to Fred's. If the drive is a problem, I'll volunteer to drive them there. It is worth it. ANY negative reviews about Fred's on the internet MUST BE from jealous competitors. I am as picky as they come, from my women to my cars and I have nothing but positive to say about Fred's. They also own a restaurant, which I believe serves a Mediterranean Menu. My staff and I are already talking about making a special trip, just to try out Mr. Fred's place. SHOP FRED'S!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Several employees assisted but to no avail, the radio would not work. I should not have purchased the car as a properly working radio is very important to me. The heart of my poor dealer rating is began during the paperwork process. I was assured the radio was not working properly b/c the antenna somehow came unplugged. Long story short, the radio had major issues - antenna assembly required replacing, 6 of the 9 speakers were blown and the amplifier was shot. I have put over $1700 into the sound system and it is still not perfect. I was told by Logan that Fred's went through the entire car before selling so they knew of the stereo issues and did not disclose. To their credit, they kept me interested in the car promising to fix antenna issue, but when pressed to set up appointment to fix, my calls were never returned. Logan promised to "take care of me", but has not returned calls or emails seeking compensation for my additional expenses. I do take responsibility for the purchase and should have gotten the radio fix in writing but did not. I invite all who consider buying a car from Fred's to reconsider and check the VA Better Business Bureau as numerous complaints have been filed. More
