I could not the get the car I wanted but was very pleased with my experience. Jeannette is just too sweet, did everything she could to help me even though she was not feeling well. She went the extra mile to make sure my needs are met. I fell so bad for leaving without closing the deal on that car with all the trouble that I caused. I was a little bit too hard-headed. The whole team is great, very respectful and polite which kind of change me of the couple rude salesmen I met prior to get to Fred's. The selection of cars is excellent and out of this world, I have already started to recommend that dealership to friends, they actually offered me to finance the car but I had a better interest rate from my bank. I will definitely comeback, I loved the experience (unbelievable for someone who didn't buy anything but waste people time). Seriously, their price was more than $1000 under the best offers I got anywhere in Woodbridge, Alexandria, Lorton, or Annandale. They told me exactly the condition of the car and encouraged me to have it inspected at another shop for confirmation. It was just as they said. I'm a used car buyer, and it's rare and a great pleasure to deal with a shop like Fred's that tells you the truth up front. A bonus is that Fred's team is well connected with maintenance and body shops in the area. When my wife's 2008 Hyundai Sonata needed work, I went to Fred's for a referral. They pointed me to both a maintenance shop and a body shop that have done great work for me at super cheap prices, just because I'm one of Fred's customers. I'm not much into big businesses. I like to support small businesses where they personally recognize you when you come in the door. That's how Fred's is. It's a family business led by a gentleman with a clear business vision. While doing the paperwork for my car, I had coffee with the owner, the head of the family, as well as his sons and nephews. The father shared with me his philosophy in the used car business. I can't remember everything he said, but I do remember him mentioning building a network of repeat customers and word of mouth business by always telling truth, never making empty promises, and providing exceptional customer service. I think that's what most used car purchasers are looking for. In a nutshell, I really recommend Fred's. Not only will you get the car you want at a great price, you'll be treated well. The owner bought my friend and I lunch while we waited for the car to be detailed, they helped me get a loan with low interest, they put new tires on it, gave me new floor mats,the owner gave me 3 days to take the car and bring it back if I wasn't happy with a full refund, and all of the staff were so helpful and friendly.
