Our Attorneys are in process to put a judgement for a bad check on to your credit, and also sue you thru the court.*** This letter is in response to your Complaint of January 4, 2014 regarding the above matter. For your clarification, below please find a few important facts about the sales transaction involving the purchase of a vehicle by Mr. & Mrs. James A Vick & Sheila R Carter-Vick. Mr. & Mrs. James A Vick & Sheila R Carter-Vick, Please be informed that the allegations you have made are completely baseless accusations and unreasonable. Prior to completing the purchase of the vehicle, you were given many opportunities to thoroughly examine and inspect the vehicle. Only after you were fully satisfied with the vehicle, was the sale finalized. Mr. & Mrs. James A Vick & Sheila R Carter-Vick, purchased the vehicle mentioned, a 2001 Chevy Tahoe, and willingly signed a “Buyers Purchase Order” on October 10, 2013. The “Buyers Purchase Order” witch bears your signature and clearly states that the buyer is aware that the vehicle is being purchased “AS IS”. Also in the “Warranty Section” of the “Buyers Purchase Order” it clearly states “I understand that this vehicle is being sold AS-IS with all Faults, and is not covered by any DEALER Warranty. I understand that the DEALER is not required to make any Repairs after I buy this Vehicle. I will have to pay for any Repairs this Vehicle will need.” This document is attached, and it bears the signature of Mr. & Mrs. James A Vick & Sheila R Carter-Vick. Additionally Mr. & Mrs. James A Vick & Sheila R Carter-Vick on that same day, October 10, 2013, signed a document by the name of a “Buyers Guide” which further attests that the vehicle was purchased “AS-IS”. It pecifically states that the purchaser will pay for all Costs for any Repairs. The Dealer assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.” Furthermore, Mr. & Mrs. James A Vick & Sheila R Carter-Vick agreed and signed an “Acknowledgement of an AS-IS Sale” as well on October 10, 2013 which again acknowledged that vehicle was being purchased “AS-IS” with no warranty. Finally, Mr. & Mrs. James A Vick & Sheila R Carter-Vick, acknowledged and signed a “WE OWE” on October 10, 2013, which again indicated that the vehicle was being purchased “AS IS.” It specifically indicates that the Dealership does not owe anything to the purchaser, the dealership has not promised anything, therefore the vehicle is was purchased “AS-IS.” Also, Mr. & Mrs. James A Vick & Sheila R Carter-Vick signed a "Waiver of Service Contract" on October 10, 2013, We would appreciate it if you wouldn't slander the Dealership in any way in the future. we have not yet taken actions against you for the bad check you wrote us .
