This gentlemen guided me through every operation. I would also like to thank Mr. Tony and his staff for following up with me even after the sale to see if everything was going great. You guys have definitely set a new standard when it comes to buying a used car. I saved over $15,000 buying from your company over a big name dealership, for the same exact car. I recommend everyone who has low income especially students who can afford middle range car to visit this dealership. And overall my experience was great. More

Having second thoughts Initially I was very pleased with my purchase until recently. I have been given the run around regarding something so simple as tags for my car & because of negligence, my temporary tags expired & I do not have my state-issued tags in my possession. After contacting the dealership for 10 days I finally made a visit. I was told that my tags would be overnighted to me as soon as they came in. 2 days later, still no tags & my temp was due to expire at midnight. I called once again & was told that my tags were overnighted to me & that they would send me the tracking number. I got a copy of the tracking slip & it stated plain & clear that they were mailed via 2-day shipping. It is a Saturday which means the mail would not come until Monday. When I call back to the dealership, they were adamant that I should have recieved the package that day although they didn't send it via overnight. They would not issue me another 30 day tag, I was left without a car to drive for 2 days, & all I got was, "I made a mistake" - even after all of my efforts over the course of 12 days. As a customer, I am very displeased with the overall experience. Great customer service can almost overshadow any issue as long as the customer feels that he/she is being treated as if they are a priority. The fact that I had to call 2-3 daily for almost 2 weeks warning them about something that they should have been on top of & that it still fell through the cracks is unacceptable. I am very displeased with my overall experience & would not recommend them to anyone. More
Worst car buying experience ever I saw the car that I'd been searching for, and decided to call and inquire. After speaking with the salesman, I decided to go look at the vehicle on T I saw the car that I'd been searching for, and decided to call and inquire. After speaking with the salesman, I decided to go look at the vehicle on The following Saturday. My wife and I made the 40 minute drive from the Bowie Md area to the dealership in Woodbridge. We saw and liked the vehicle, and the price, so we purchased the 2007 Merceds ML500. We had already read the CARFAX report, and there were no accidents reported, so we felt pretty comfortable. We also purchased the 5yr/100k extended warranty. The finance guy tried to way over charge me, and we I declined, he cut the asking price in half, that should have been a clue to its worth. We left the dealership relatively happy, but this is where things turned for the worst. We got the vehicle home, and after a week, took it to the Mercedes dealership to have the Md St Inspection completed, to our surprise it failed miserably! We were told that the vehicle needed close to $3000 worth of repairs before it would pass inspection, as you can imagine, I was totally pissed!! I called the extended insurance that I purchased, they denied the repair, and said they were pre existing, and that I needed to speak to the dealership. I called the dealership and spoke to David, and they apologized, and asked me to fax a copy of the repair and they would do all that they could to help me out. I faxed the copy to David, called to confirm, and David refused to take my calls or speak to me again. After leaving messages for a few days, I finally was transferred to a guy who introduced himself as Dean, the owner of the establishment. He apologized for the lack of contact, and explained to me that all sales are "as is" and they aren't responsible for repairs, even if it is 1 week later, and they're necessary to pass inspection. I wasn't happy, but I accepted it, and paid for the repairs, and got the inspection completed and passed. Next I overnight mailed the inspection form necessary to have the car the vehicle registered and to receive my tags( I paid the dealership for my taxes and tags, as they said they would submit the information and mail me the tags). As the 30 day tags were coming up on expiration, I called to find out the status of my tags, I was told that they were working on it, and Dean emailed me a 30 day extension on the current tags, and said they would take care of this. After several calls to David and Dean, and leaving several messages, Dean finally informed me that they'd lost the inspection form that I sent them, and that I'd need to go to the DMV and take care of things myself!! WTH!! He was very rude and upset that I would ask them to do something that I paid them to do, and told me to just take care of it. This has been by far the worst car buying experience that I've ever had, and I wouldn't buy a car for my dog from these guys again, no matter the price. I plan to file a complaint with the BBB, and hire an attorney and sue these guys. Don't buy a vehicle from Fred's you'll probably regret it!! Very disappointed in these guys More

As of today I haven't had any problems at all with my vehicle. I got a very good interest rate finance which made my monthly payments very comfortable, I do have an excellent credit, but I didn't get that rate before at another dealer. The representative was very patient with me at test drive, and answered every single question I asked. A friend of mine went to buy his Mercedes Benz at Fred's Executive Auto, just because he couldn't believe I purchased my vehicle at a used cars dealer in such a good condition. I am very happy with my Lexus, the customer service I received, and by the experience I've had I would buy a car at that place again. More

These guys are crooks. My wife and I went in due to the price of the car. We were treated as prized customers. The car was fine until we went to trade it in for another vehicle at a different dealership. T price of the car. We were treated as prized customers. The car was fine until we went to trade it in for another vehicle at a different dealership. These guys had bought the vehicle at an auction and it had been in an accident and sustained frame damage. When we purchased the vehicle the carfax had two accidents that had no damage to the vehicle. The frame damage accident was not reported until 6 months after we had made the purchase. We were never told about this accident and after contacting them and seeing if they would do what was right, all they promised us was putting us in another vehicle and further in debt. DO NOT DEAL with these guys. More
