They would give you crap just to sell a car My husband and I bought a car at this place, not only the process took hours but they wouldn't keep their words on multiple things that they agreed to My husband and I bought a car at this place, not only the process took hours but they wouldn't keep their words on multiple things that they agreed to- we fail in our part to get on writen what they said they would do, they seemed to be honest and we relied on the "good" reviews online at that time. They were a few clues that I didn't realize at the moment but now I see they were not being honest with us. When we where outside test driving the car the gentleman said they would work the price with us since the car had some scratches throughout. They had several people going through our information and talking about our buying process, not such as thing as talking privately with just one sales person. They said the car have had frame damage but aparently they fixed it on their shop, there was nothing showing up on CarFax so we believed them that it was nothing mayor. Turns out after hours waiting, we had the loan ready and all the total prices broken down, they wouldn't want to lower the price. They said to bring the car back and they would fix the scratches and give a detailed car wash since they were remodeling and couldn't get wet their pavement that day. We ended up just getting it since we had been there for so long, we wanted it and pretty much had done all the process- "still a good deal and they would fix the scratches", we thought... The owner of the dealership even said that if there was something wrong with the car that they would replace it....BS, they won't. We finally were told it was ok to bring the car in after 3 attemps to bring the car, 4 days after the day they told us to come. We dropped it off and when we picked it up, they did not fixed the scratches nor gave the detailed car wash, they only half way cleaned the outside of the car. They couldn't even vacum the inside or at least put the freaking paper floor matts to make it look like they did something to it. Not only that but after having the car for a month, we noticed there is leakage from the sunroof and the upper part of both of the front doors. It had different layers of fainted stains so it looks like it was cleaned before we buy it so we wouldn't see it. They freaking did not mentioned a leakage at all. One of the doors seal is already sticking out. I'm so upset for all the things that this dealership lied about and for such as bad costumer service. They just gave us crap so we buy the car. God knows if that frame damage is going to turn out to be something mayor overtime. I would not recommend this place. I would not have bought it if I knew they were not going to fix the scratches and there was a leakage in the ceiling of the car. No matter how "good" of a deal we were getting, they were not honest at all and that s* is wrong. More

What I mean is that it is 12,000 dollars less than the other dealerships selling a similar model. I couldn’t believe it. I made a phone call to Fred’s Executive Auto and I talked to a sales representative named Tony. I asked him about the condition of the car and also some details about it. Sure enough, no waiting, no holds, just straight to the conversation he said 14,000 miles and clean CarFax. The vehicle was purchased from Mercedes Benz Financial. For me, it was hard to believe such a good deal was possible on a late model year Mercedes Benz. I took a chance and asked them if they could drop off the car at the Tysons Corner Mercedes Benz for an inspection. They said yes, no problem. I payed 275 dollars and after receiving a phone call from the dealership, they told me the car was 100%, still under bumper to bumper for 2 years and/or 30,000 miles Manufacturers Warranty still on the vehicle. I was so excited that I left work and purchased this beautiful vehicle. Thank you so much Fred’s Executive Auto! More
