From the minute you walk in, you are well taken care of. We were truly impressed with the team's knowledge, customer service, and helpfulness. Tony worked tirelessly with his team to get us low interest rates and monthly payments on each vehicle purchased. I have always been skeptical of used car dealerships, but these people make you forget that the cars were even used. The cars were detailed and in great condition. I must say that we are very pleased with their service, I was able to buy my dream car and, with their help, ensure that my parents got theirs as well. The team is very well equipped, and Tony was able to answer every question we needed answered before purchasing 3 cars in one day! I was able to get my car within 2 hours with a minimal down payment, and so far it is running smooth and good as new. Great Service & Honesty Two months ago, I purchased a beautiful truck with 50k miles. A month later I learned from Ted Britt Ford I needed a new engine. Right at this same time our son was hit by a drunk driver and with bills growing bc of no health insurance it seemed things couldn't be getting any worst for our family. I then received a call from Tom who wanted to send me my plates, for the 30 day period was coming up. He not only talked to the owners and managers, but he sent money to help out with the diagnostic work I had done at Ford. After I learned the engine was bad, I received a call, out of the blue, from Tony, the Manager of Fred's Auto. He told me, as per the owner Qasim Abbasi, they would put in another engine! Two and half weeks later I am back driving my favorite truck and can't begin to thank them and the Lord above for what they have done. In my 58 years I have found someone's word does not always mean what they say. The day I purchased this truck the owner said he would stand behind any vehicle he sold. This is the truest thing I have experienced and can honestly say Mr. Abbasi's word is gold. Thank you to everyone at Fred's Auto and especially Mr. Abbasi, Tony, Tom and Dean! More
