I had heard raving reviews about Fred's Executive Auto and decided to check them out. First, I went online to there website which was extremely organized, informative, and easy to navigate. I found a vehicle that I liked; however, unfortunately, when I had gotten there, the vehicle I wanted had already been sold. The extremely friendly staff had found a similar car within the week for me. They also checked the car to make sure that it was in excellent condition. I took the car myself to a mechanic for a second opinion just to make sure and was ecstatic to see that it didn't have a single problem. They even told me to come back if it did. These individuals truly care about helping you find the perfect car as well as keeping up with excellent customer service. I would 100% recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle to go to this dealership. If I had to go through the process again, I would 100% go back to this dealership. More

Their professional sales team worked with me, my financial status, and found a vehicle which was perfect for me. Not only did they help me with purchasing a car they were tremendously kind and made me feel like family. Recently I was involved in a minor car accident which cosmetically destroyed my VWJ. I called the dealership back and the Owner told me to bring it in and they’ll have a look at it. Just like that they did. They replaced both quarter panels, installed a new grill and rotated my tires at a very affordable price. Overall I am very pleased with Fred’s Auto Executive because they focus on quality of service in every aspect. FIVE out of FIVE stars I definitely WOULD RECOMMEND to a FRIEND. More

great I was looking for a vehicle for months since graduating from graduate school. I called and spoke with a representative that explained I should come visit the location to test drive the car, etc. I arrived to the dealership around noon, and it wasn't many people there. I was greeted and given a bottle of water. It was a meaningful experience. Every customer that came in had positive energy and left me feeling like I was making a good decision. I left with my dream car and had no problems. Instantly, It was the easiest relationship built. At Fred's they're patient, and treat people as a priority. I felt good doing business here.
