I thought I was going to get there and they were going to say the car was gone, kind of like a bait and switch, but to my surprise it was still there, along with a lot of other beautiful cars. I worked with AJ, a very pleasant and respectable young man. He was easy to work with and had a nice sense of humor. There were a copy of concerns I had about the vehicle, so I worked with Deen who was very opened to my concerns and I feel he accommodated me the best he could. He also got me a finance rate 1.5.% lower than my credit union. And then there was Big Q who finalized the deal and gave me a good rate on my GAP insurance along with Oliver. Not only was my experience good, but I got an excellent price on my car ($2,500 below KBB). Everyone at Fred's has a job and they all do it with a smile. I would recommend Fred's to family and friends. More

She was kind, patient, and understood our needs in every way. The great thing about Mahtab is that she was not pushy, she was kind, respectful, and she made us feel like family from the second we walked in. Next, we met with OG who crunches the numbers for us. Once again, he was very polite, respectful, and easy going. To finish our transaction we sat with Deen. Deen helped us with paperwork. It's a long process but Deen made it go smoothly. Overall, we walked away with a beautiful car. Low miles and in super great condition. I would highly recommend Fred's Executive Auto to anyone looking a great used vehicle. More

For many years I just looked at the vehicles on their lot as I drove by and never thought to inquire about many of the beautiful car I noticed. However, I looked on autotrader.com and saw a car they were advertising and decided to go there to inquire about the car. I was greeted by Mike, who advised me the vehicle recently sold. He informed me there we a few more similar vehicles that I looked at and test drove one of them. My first thought was to think overnight about purchasing the vehicle I liked. No one from the staff pressured me into purchasing the vehicle. They assured me the vehicle was priced well and likely to sell quickly. I decided to purchased the vehicle, because they were patient with me. I worked with Mike, Tony, Oliver, and Deen throughout the process to purchase the vehicle. It was a real pleasure doing business with their staff. I highly recommend this establishment. I look forward to purchasing from them again in the future. More

July 2018, I returned to Freds and financed an Gray ML 350 Mercedes. When I drove the car home, in less than 2 hrs the engine light came on. I called the dealership and they advised me to bring the vehicle back. The Owner, Ksim, immediately replaced that vehicle and upgraded me into another ML 350 Mercedes with NO problems.
