AMAZING BUYER EXPERIENCE This is the first time I have bought a car from a dealer. This place couldn’t have made my experience any better! Even my family was impressed with the professionalism and ease!!!! To start everything off Casey was my first point of contact and was AMAZING! She and I had everything set for a test drive, estimated trade in info, financing and more done in just a few hours! I was even at work when trying to proceed with everything, and not once was it inconvenient or stressful! Then I get there and Jim Jarvis was the sweetest funniest person I could have asked to help me! He took me on my test drive, continued to make me feel like we have known each other for years! We discussed our family and pets, he has the CUTEST grandson you can tell he is incredibly proud of! Now the finance time has come and Robin is there to help me out. No bull, no empty promises, she even helped me find a lower APR! Very comfortable conversations while in the office, never trying to sell stuff to me, but inform me of the options (which are amazing by the way) From Casey, Jim, Robin, and Everyone in the building I will always recommend this dealer!
