The service area was clean and neat and Bonnie made you feel welcome immediately. In addition, Frederick Ford offered a good deal on our purchase including a very fair price for our trade-in. Bottom line, everyone we met at the dealership was courteous, upbeat and seemed to enjoy working at Frederick. Overall, a very positive experience. More
