Less than stellar performance! Purchased my vehicle approx 1.5 yrs ago from this dealership (R. Mason) and this week my vehicle required a repair which again was not covered by the extended warranty. approx 1.5 yrs ago from this dealership (R. Mason) and this week my vehicle required a repair which again was not covered by the extended warranty. This is the 3rd problem concerning repairs to my vehicle. After a tow, and two trips to the dealership, my engine problem is not resolved. My truck sat at Frederick Ford for 4 days and is not repaired. Of course they don't fail to charge you. I attempted to contact the General Manager via phone, voice mail, and e-mail to no avail. Frederick Ford drops the ball concerning service after the sale and customer support. More

I located the vehicle myself threw various internet searches. The dealership tried to pay me way to little for my trade in. I visited the dealership to look at the size of the cab on the F-150. I was going to settle for an XLT however after driving the Lariat Ecoboost I changed my mind.
