Stoney the finance person was very helpful and found us our best deal and got the vehicle payments within our budget. Dealer will not repair or provide financial assistance to repair bumper, wheel well liner and trim spoiler that were damaged prior to my purchase of the car. Moreover, Mark Malone, the sales manager lied to repair bumper, wheel well liner and trim spoiler that were damaged prior to my purchase of the car. Moreover, Mark Malone, the sales manager lied to me and said that trim spoiler damage is not "body damage," which would otherwise fall under the dealers 30-day 1k mile purchase warranty. Mark did admit the real reasons why he would not honor his purchase warranty, which he said was because he "discounted the car more than he wanted to honor my price" and "because its damage that cars incur fairly regularly;" and that he would have have to push up prices on the cars to repair that type of damage limiting his price competitiveness. Context: I initially negotiated a purchase price by phone, who agreed to accept the terms if I purchased the car that day. Because the dealership is 125 mile and over 2.5hrs from my home, I wasn't able to get to the dealership until after dark (mistake); which prevented me from noticing the damage until the next morning. I called my rep to explain what I noticed. He said that he would get back to me the next day. I never heard back from him. After not hearing back from him, I decided to get the car inspected by a local Ford dealership and a repair estimate. The local dealership gave me an estimate of $600 to repair the broken bumper liners and spoiler. I e-mail pictures of the damage and the estimate the Raymond; who finally called me back to tell me that he had technical difficulty accessing his e-mail; but would pass the estimate and photos to his boss the next day. Whether by accident or design, I noticed the check I paid for the car with cleared and finally received a return phone call from Mark Malone to politely tell me that "there was nothing (he) could do." I offered to split the cost of the repair. He declined. The 2 sales reps I worked with never disclosed the damage to the car to me while I was on the phone or at the dealership. It goes without saying that I would have either walked away or negotiated the price down further for the damage. More

The financial part of my experience i will give 5 stars. The dealer I dealt with hardly talked to me. He kept walking away. I know he was busy, butt my time there he hardly spoke a word. We love Aimee Bradley she is very friendly and very knowledgeable. This is the second car we bought from her, & she still took time to go over all the details of the car.. She has called us several tim knowledgeable. This is the second car we bought from her, & she still took time to go over all the details of the car.. She has called us several times since we bought the car to see if everything was alright, and if we were still pleased with the vehicle. She certainly amazes me with the knowledge that she has of all aspects of her trade. If she doesn't have the answer to a question she will get the answer and call be right back.
