Hello all, usually I never write reviews but I had such an amazing experience that I felt the need to share! I’m from NY and was shopping for a Shelby for about 6 mo. Went to 5 different dealerships and no an amazing experience that I felt the need to share! I’m from NY and was shopping for a Shelby for about 6 mo. Went to 5 different dealerships and none of them were willing to work with me or even let me drive the friggen car. Finally I decided I was ready to get one regardless. Frederick has the right car at the right price and upon arrival the car was still in the showroom which was very cool. They had all my info so the paperwork was fairly close to complete they let me take it for a test drive before we even sat down. They filled her up with gas I signed my papers and away I went. There was no surprise charges, no issues what so ever. Then they messaged me a couple times in the following weeks just to make sure I was loving it! The car also had a small defect that was common so I reached out and they told me exactly what to do and then they even followed up with me to make sure everything went well. If I was ever shopping for another ford this is the place I would go to even though Its 5 hours away the people and service there are flat out amazing. More

Wonderful Experience!!! I drove to Frederick Ford on a Friday night after work to look at a vehicle. I knew when I went what my monthly payment needed to stay under. Unfortunately, I left Friday night without my car due to the numbers.. BUT I received a call FIRST thing Saturday morning that they were able to get me where I wanted to be. By the time I got their Saturday afternoon, all paperwork was ready to be signed and I was in and out (with my car) in 45 minutes. It was a wonderful experience.
