Only hangup was pushing to get car out that Tuesday and then we had to bring back on Monday when we told them no rush. Just get the car properly prepared and we would pick up at a later date. On Monday when I took in the car, I was given a rental since my husband was ill and could not follow me up there to drop off. This was very well appreciated. When picked up car on Tuesday and after got home, realized that my new car mats had not been put back in and my storage box for the rear compartment. Called and was informed would be returned on Thursday. This did not happen and had to call on Friday at which time a runner delivered said items to me. The chip on the driver's rear door was repaired by using my touch up paint pen that I had purchased the day of the sale and not sanded down and removed properly. I still can see the chipped areas. More
