I've always dreaded the fact that I'd have to work with a car salesman in order to get a vehicle cause I always felt like they'd try to get over on me. Alan didn't make me feel that way. In fact, it was on of the most enjoyable experiences of my life. Also, to my surprise the general manager was a huge part of the experience. He took the time to come out, show the vehicle and work along Alan. I'm only use to the manager being there for the "negotiating" part and rolling. I was very surprised how much attention a general manager gave to a specific customer. I didn't even expect a GM to even speak with me. He was very pleasant and sincere to work with. I ended up purchasing a 2013 Ford F-150 XLT and boy am I pleased. As a police officer, this vehicle fits my off duty needs perfectly with the size of the vehicle and bed. It's a great looking vehicle. Although it's used and did not come with floor mats, the dealership was kind enough to find mats for me which I deeply appreciate. Last and most importantly, about a week after I bought the vehicle Alan reached out to me to ensure that I was satisfied with the vehicle and to see if I needed anything. A few days later, Aimee Evans also reached out to ensure that I was satisfied as well. She was also the first person I spoke with inquiring about the vehicle since I was driving from about an hour and a half away. I'll never buy my vehicle anywhere else from now on.
