KELLI THE SALES PERSON WAS GREAT IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE TO HELP ME MAKE MY PURCHASE. UNFORTUNATELY I BOUGHT THE JEEP REMOTELY AND THAT WAS A BIG MISTAKE ON MY PART THIS TIME. I BOUGHT @ 10 VEHICLES THIS WAY O HELP ME MAKE MY PURCHASE. UNFORTUNATELY I BOUGHT THE JEEP REMOTELY AND THAT WAS A BIG MISTAKE ON MY PART THIS TIME. I BOUGHT @ 10 VEHICLES THIS WAY OVER THE PAST 10 YEARS AND NEVER HAD A BAD VEHICLE SHOW UP AT MY DOOR. THIS TIME IT WAS DIFFERENT. THE VEHICLE WAS SOLD TO ME FOR TOP DOLLAR FOR THE YEAR AND MILES BUT ARRIVED AT MY DOOR WITH MAJOR MECHANICAL ISSUES UNDISCLOSED BY THE DEALESHIP. THIS WAS NOT THE SALES PERSONS FAULT IN ANY WAY--IT WAS THE MANAGEMENT AT THIS DEALERSHIP. HOW DO YOU SELL A USED CAR FOR TOP DOLLAR THAT HAS 3 OF 4 DOORS RUSTED SHUT AND NON FUNCTIONAL AND A VEHICLE THAT WHEN DELIVERED TO MY NEW DRIVEWAY LEAVES LEAKING MOTOR OIL ALL OVER THE DRIVEWAY, HOW DO YOU DELIVER A VEHICLE WITH LOW MOTOR OIL AND NO COOLANT IN THE RESEVOIR. AND HOW DO YOU NOT DISCLOSE THE RADIO DOES NOT WORK. I KNOW FULL WELL THAT BUYING REMOTELY SIGHT UNSEEN CAN BE A RISK BUT EVERY OTHER DEALER THAT I BOUGHT FROM THIS WAY WENT OUT OF THERE WAY TO ACCURATELY DESCRIBE AND DISCLOSE EVERTHING WRONG WITH THE USED VEHICLE THEY WERE SELLING ME REMOTELY-THAT'S JUST WHAT HONEST CAR DEALERS DO.
