Ty was very patient as I am not an easy person to sell to. I actually left the dealer ship because I could not buy exactly what I wanted with in my monthly payment range. A few day later Ty called and m to. I actually left the dealer ship because I could not buy exactly what I wanted with in my monthly payment range. A few day later Ty called and me and said he hand another vechile with all the options I could imagine with in my price range. I told Tyler I was not interested that I was going to not buy a car "mainly because I have had no car payments for a couple years now and did not want to commit lol". He was very pleasant and asked me to keep him in mind when I was ready. I watched my wife browse Fred Martin's webset and look at the same Dodge Journey over and over again "yeah I got the hint" I called Ty and he remembered right off the bat who we were and asked how he could help. Once again I told Ty this is the monthly car payment I need to have in order to keep myself from making me struggle. I told him that I was on my way and want to surprise my wife with the Journey as long as we were satisfied. We pulled in and there it sat by the front doors, my wife turned to me "who thought I was going to buy my truck" said "Your Kidding" I replied back"Surprise!". She was just elated and now I can't get her out of it! She looks forward to getting off work to drive and continues to volunteer to go anywhere and pick things up lol. Paperwork and process was smooth and I left there with in a decent amount of time for how busy they were. Oddly enough I even had a great time doing the finance work with Shannon Roach! She made us both comfortable and made us feel welcome. She is very outgoing and had us laugh so hard at time I had tears coming out! What as blast and when you are spending money that is exactly how I want to spend it. Before I knew my paperwork was done and we had built a friend ship with Ty and Shannon at Fred Martin Super Store. My wifes Journey is a smooth ride and has proven worth the purchase. Now I am ready for the truck I want and Itold Ty and Shannon that I have five more car payments left and that I was if he found the truck I really wanted with in the budget I needed I would see them after I made my last payment. My experience at your dealership was outstanding!My credit wasnt the best and ray worked very hard to get me the best deal we felt possible.
