One of the best new car buying experiene i have ever had. I have purchased many vehicles in the past and this was by far the best experience. My wife and I had some serious issues with our credit over the past few years due to job loss and we have been working our way out of debt. Recently purchased my second new vehicle from Fred Martin, first was a Challenger in 2009 and now a new Ram 1500 in 2012. My first experience with Fred Martin was not favorable and it was 10 years ago. The salesmen I spoke with didn't seem like they wanted to be bother by me. Their former attitude made me feel like Fred Mart and it was 10 years ago. The salesmen I spoke with didn't seem like they wanted to be bother by me. Their former attitude made me feel like Fred Martin only wanted to sell new cars to people with credit for the higher commissions. However upon going back to Fred Martin I have found that they no treat all customers the same. They don't care if I'm dropping $3500.00 or $35,000.00, they treated me just like a man in a suit. In the past I have seen sales people judge the book by the cover, and loose a sale because they went for the better dressed. Not everyone puts on leisure clothes to go buy a car, furniture, or appliances. I drove the company dump truck, I'm talking a full size 10 tire could have been a semi dump truck the lenders office to buy my house because I was at work and made arrangements with the boss to take a "lunch" break to sign the paperwork. Since then I have become disabled and living on a fixed income. I went to Fred Martin with the thought that I was wasting their and my time but it was something to do on a Saturday afternoon. I was greeted but the man I had an appointment with was busy, so I was handed of to a pleasant woman who took my statistics and returned with what I thought was a security man in case I went ballistic. I was ready for her to tell me that there was nothing that could be done for me, when instead she said This is Ty Davis and he is going to find you a mini van yo can afford. It took a while crunching numbers and figuring my meager down. Ty Davis got me in a 2008 Dodge Caravan with 3 years free oil changes, 24 month powertrain warranty, and free roadside assistance. Being disabled and living on a fixed income, this is more than I ever imagined. Fred Martin has taken a rolling road roach also know as a "Rolls Kanardly" or a term we used for a unroadworthy vehicle, and put us in luxury! Thanks Fred Martin and Ty Davis, You're more than just car guys, Your car guys that help people. Getting me out of my former vehicle not only helped me, but you also helped the public and the environment, That car was unsafe. I only drove it because it was all I could afford at the time. Fred Martin also does public service like getting those road roaches off the road. Maybe they just felt sorry for me finding me driving a vehicle in that condition. More

I had purchased a car from Fred Martin about 15 years ago and was not happy with the experience - too big, too impersonal. But, I ended up back here and couldn't have been more pleased. Brandon spent a lot and was not happy with the experience - too big, too impersonal. But, I ended up back here and couldn't have been more pleased. Brandon spent a lot of time with me and made sure that my questions were answered and that I was comfortable with my decision. Normally I am not a person who enjoys shopping for a new vehicle but after my experience at Fred Martin I have found a dealership that I would not hesitate to go back to and also recommend to family and fri vehicle but after my experience at Fred Martin I have found a dealership that I would not hesitate to go back to and also recommend to family and friends. Rob Zabel (sales) was knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the vehicle (gadgets and options) to me before we even got in to test drive. After I decided it was the right vehicle for my family and I, the experience continued to be pleasurable with the financing department. Mark Moore took his time and was sure I understood the pile of paperwork that needed signing. I would not hesitate to recommend Fred Martin and Rob Zabel to family and friends who are in the market for a vehicle. More
