I had been looking for a vehicle for the last three weeks with no luck until my boyfriend came across Fred Martin Superstore. With my credit and income issues, I knew I couldn't get approved because I had al with no luck until my boyfriend came across Fred Martin Superstore. With my credit and income issues, I knew I couldn't get approved because I had already been denied by other dealerships. I was on the verge of giving up when I decided to give them a call. I spoke with Mike and explained my situation, he immediately said he could help me but I was thinking, yea ok, I've heard this before. He sent me to Ty whom I gave my info to over the phone, Mike called me back shortly thereafter and told me I had been approved for a vehicle and to come out to the lot! Of course I was hesitant because I'd been through this before and this lot was almost 1hr away! I got there at 4pm Saturday, saw a vehicle I loved, test drove it and was told it was mine!!!! I left my down payment but had to go back the following day because it had gotten so late. I drove off the lot with a 2010 Nissan Rogue Sunday evening at 4pm!!!!! The dealership gave me guarantees and warranties and I even got a pretty low APR considering my credit score. Ty was the best salesman ever,he was personable,pleasant and completely honest. His customer service skills are impeccable and other salesmen should take a page from his book. Ty and Mike went above and beyond to get me approved and a chance to build my credit, I couldn't have asked for a better experience!!!!!! I will definitely recommend Fred Martin to everyone I know thanks to Ty and Mike. Everyone deserves a second chance and these guys seem to agree. Thanks again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

This was by far the best experience my husband and I have had buying a car . It was a complicated credit situation that other dealers didn't want to deal with and Ty Davis, our salesman made it easier than i had buying a car . I first went to Fred Martin over a year ago and spoke with Ty Davis. I didn't decide to move forward with a purchase then but hung on to his card ever since because once I wanted to move forward I wanted with Ty Davis. In May of 2012 I took my 2010 Dodge Journey in for an oil change and for my steering wheel to be looked at as it was pealing after only owning it a year and a half. at that time pictures were taken and Chry change and for my steering wheel to be looked at as it was pealing after only owning it a year and a half. at that time pictures were taken and Chrysler approved for me to get a new steering wheel. In July I called to make another roil change and reported that the new steering wheel was also pealing. I picked up my car the next day and they had left may car keys on the passenger seat and my car was unlocked. They also said that an outside substance caused my steering wheel to peal and they declined to fix it the 2nd time. I will NEVER take my car here again or buy anything from Fred Martin again. More

Our experience with Fred Martin has been great. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from them, and both times our experiences were awesome. We walked into the dealership the second time expecting the second vehicle we have purchased from them, and both times our experiences were awesome. With my credit score, I never thought that I would be able to get a decent car. I went into the dealership hoping that I would be able to get something that will get me to and from work, but left the dea able to get a decent car. This all was thanks to Ty Davis. He did whatever he could to work with me and the in house financing bank, and afterall, he got me approved and sent me home with a great car. My cougar is morethen I could have ever asked for, especially with a low credit score. He is a great sales person, and not because he only wants to make a sale, but because he tries to do whatever he can to satisfy his customer's needs. I would deff. send my family members to him because I know that he will treat then with respect and be kind to them. :) More
