Fred Martin Superstore screws you. 6 Months ago I financed a car through them and had a 2 year power train warranty, well a week ago I took it in to be checked out by Fred Martin and what do you know financed a car through them and had a 2 year power train warranty, well a week ago I took it in to be checked out by Fred Martin and what do you know, the engine and transmission was bad. They told me that the car cost too much to fix so they totaled the car out and told me that I had to pay $2800. I had already paid $2,600 dollars into the car and always made my payments on time. They screwed me out of over $5,000 just a week before Christmas. They screwed out of a car and wasn't even willing to give me anything off on another car. They wanted me to have money down to get a decent car. They made it so that I am behind on my bills because I had to go to another dealership and refinance another car and put money down. Isn't that sad? More

I had been looking for a vehicle for the last three weeks with no luck until my boyfriend came across Fred Martin Superstore. With my credit and income issues, I knew I couldn't get approved because I had al with no luck until my boyfriend came across Fred Martin Superstore. I spoke with Mike and explained my situation, he immediately said he could help me but I was thinking, yea ok, I've heard this before. He sent me to Ty whom I gave my info to over the phone, Mike called me back shortly thereafter and told me I had been approved for a vehicle and to come out to the lot! Of course I was hesitant because I'd been through this before and this lot was almost 1hr away! I got there at 4pm Saturday, saw a vehicle I loved, test drove it and was told it was mine!!!! I left my down payment but had to go back the following day because it had gotten so late. I drove off the lot with a 2010 Nissan Rogue Sunday evening at 4pm!!!!! The dealership gave me guarantees and warranties and I even got a pretty low APR considering my credit score. Ty was the best salesman ever,he was personable,pleasant and completely honest. His customer service skills are impeccable and other salesmen should take a page from his book. Ty and Mike went above and beyond to get me approved and a chance to build my credit, I couldn't have asked for a better experience!!!!!! This was by far the best experience my husband and I have had buying a car . It was a complicated credit situation that other dealers didn't want to deal with and Ty Davis, our salesman made it easier than i had buying a car . I first went to Fred Martin over a year ago and spoke with Ty Davis.
