Fred Martin Nissan is an up-sale environment. I choose to get my service done else where. When an actual problem arises they say “there’s nothing we can do about that”. Had an issue with my lug nuts not matc get my service done else where. When an actual problem arises they say “there’s nothing we can do about that”. Had an issue with my lug nuts not matching the roadside wrench. Instead of offering to fix the problem (I would have paid for new lug nuts and install) they explained the problem and said it was not covered. Once my free maintenance is up, I’ll be going to a different supplier for service. More

$3000 wiring harness job. Rodent chewed 4 wires under car on frame. Car wouldn’t run correctly. Harness on back order indefinitely. I used to be an ASE tech so I suggested a few solutions to the servi car on frame. Car wouldn’t run correctly. Harness on back order indefinitely. I used to be an ASE tech so I suggested a few solutions to the service writer. One was a temporary wire fix so I could have the car and bring back when harness came in. She wasn’t having it. One of her responses to me was in all capital letters. So my car sat at the dealer for three weeks Until the harness arrived. I was without the car for 30 days total. When I picked up the car the left blinker and tail light didn’t work. I texted the service writer. Crickets. When I got home I fixed it myself. The tech apparently forgot to plug it in. I texted the service writer again to let her know I fixed it. Never a response back. I think three stars and a YES recommendation is very generous considering. More
