Rude service center rep, i came in for a recall, they did oil change I was unaware of them doing that and hadn’t set that up. I told rep I needed to be out in 90 min. The car was ready about 10 minutes after oil change I was unaware of them doing that and hadn’t set that up. I told rep I needed to be out in 90 min. The car was ready about 10 minutes after that. When I checked out she was very rude to me, telling me the recalls took an hour and a half on their own. When I called to schedule the recall, they told me it would take an hour. I don’t know why they did an oil change when I didn’t request it and had only 3753 miles on it More
