I asked the dealer to find out why my widow would not roll down. They said it was the switch, which they had to order ($300). I approved the repair and brought my car back when the switch came in. After several hours, they called and said I need a window motor for another $500! I am not happy. They could have bypassed the switch initially to see if anything else was bad. My car is 10 years old and until that episode, I was going to buy my next car from Fred Martin. Now I will look for a dealer with a better service department. More

For my last oil change service it took over one and half hours to perform a 30 minute service. I was not updated by the service department and had to search out the service department to complain. When I went to the service desk for an update Patrick was not there and no one had any information. The update Patrick gave later was they were behind at that time. Patrick said he tried to find me to give me an update but could not find me. I was sitting in the lounge for over an hour. I walked the front near the coffee area the front door the rest of the time. Our Nisson has always been serviced and all repairs made at your location for over 10 years. I think it's time to rethink how long I should wait for a basic service work or look at having general service done somewhere else in the future. I know how hard it is to work in service department because I have managed several service departments. I lost my cool when Patrick said he was looking for me. I am sorry for that but being upset over slow service and feeling like I was being handled. The department needs to set time limits on when someone should be updated on general service calls if you should run longer than standard timelines. This will keep the customers in the loop and less friction if a delay last longer than planned My service was Comp. and I left at 1:00 PM in the afternoon after checking in at 11:20 am. More
