We are very sorry for the difficulty you experienced at drop off. That should not have happened. We are reviewing the drop off option for customers with our Service Advisors, as we recently did begin to lock the gates at night. There are several spots for customer parking on the outside of the gate, and that should have been reviewed with you. We apologize if it was not.
