I've never had high expectations for dealerships so needless to say I wasn't very optimistic from the start. I had an intermittent problem with my backup camera on my Nissan Sentra. So I took it in whe needless to say I wasn't very optimistic from the start. I had an intermittent problem with my backup camera on my Nissan Sentra. So I took it in when it started to act up without an appointment. I assumed I would be waiting a long time under these circumstances. Instead they got me in right away and also fixed a headlamp recall on the vehicle that I wasn't even aware of. The car was ready for me to take home within an hour and a half. And the car was even washed...I couldn't complain...excellent service. More

In for a factory recall in July 2022. Was told front and rear brakes are less than 3mm and need to be immediately changed. This is same dealership that in 2018 told me I had two tires with nails in the side walls and I needed to replace both tires, when lo and behold I had two nails in one tire, neither of which were in the sidewall... They employ shady technicians and even shadier CSRs. More
