Hello- after looking further into this, it looks as if your vehicle was sent from our sister store to properly diagnose it, as we are a Nissan facility, and we were able to do that successfully. They said they couldn't get the calipers off sbolts pins were frozen would need cut off. Took to a frend mechanic and literally watched him take them off with no problem More

Providing a positive experience is our top priority, and we're sorry you feel we failed here. Due to the rust on the calipers and rotors, and how they were not freely moving, our technician was being cautious about their removal. Had we removed them and caused damage and pins broke, you would have had to replace the caliper and bracket and it would have been approximately an additional $225.00 per caliper, so nearly another $1000.00. We are glad your friend was willing to attempt the fix, and that it worked out well. Thank you for your comments.
