Review I waited an hour to get my battery checked (under warranty) because I was told that during a software recall the battery was showing weak, on a two ye I waited an hour to get my battery checked (under warranty) because I was told that during a software recall the battery was showing weak, on a two year old battery. After an hour I said I wanted my car back and was told they had to hook it up to a “big” machine bc it was under warranty. Really? Then why wasn’t it hooked up to the “big” machine during that hour. I can go to Advanced Auto and get a battery checked and replaced in 15 minutes. Car will be out of warranty soon and probably won’t being going back. More

The best service experience I ever had! I received a recall notice a week ago and while driving my car I hit a small bump. I immediately knew something was wrong with my car and drove to ano I received a recall notice a week ago and while driving my car I hit a small bump. I immediately knew something was wrong with my car and drove to another repair shop. In the course if finding what was wrong with my vehicle, the first repair shop spoke to Rich at Fred Martin Nissan. Rich identified that this was part of the recall notice and worked with myself and the first repair shop to get the car to his facility. Rich walked me through the process and had my car done in a little over a day. He identified some other issues with my car and worked to get those fixed as well. Rich was extremely patient and took my multiple phone calls! He exemplifies what customer service is all about! More
