Everytime I take my car in I leave with something else broke The title says it all.. Everytime I bring it in for service I leave with something missing or broken. They always over sell me. Great first experience! First off, I’m from out of town. I’ve never had my Titan serviced anywhere other than the dealer that I bought it from. Needless to say I was leery to First off, I’m from out of town. I’ve never had my Titan serviced anywhere other than the dealer that I bought it from. Needless to say I was leery to go somewhere else. I was pleasantly surprised to receive the same great treatment as my dealership which is in a different state! Review I waited an hour to get my battery checked (under warranty) because I was told that during a software recall the battery was showing weak, on a two ye I waited an hour to get my battery checked (under warranty) because I was told that during a software recall the battery was showing weak, on a two year old battery. After an hour I said I wanted my car back and was told they had to hook it up to a “big” machine bc it was under warranty. Really? Then why wasn’t it hooked up to the “big” machine during that hour. I can go to Advanced Auto and get a battery checked and replaced in 15 minutes. Car will be out of warranty soon and probably won’t being going back. More
