Elaine- We understand your last experience was not up to your expectations, but we stand by the fact our recent software update had nothing to do with your wiper blades not working. You have stated they are now working again. We performed a recall on your vehicle that was expected to take 15 minutes, and you elected to take a loaner. We only had one new Sentra available, as we typically do not need to provide a loaner for this quick update. All our service recommendations are based on your Owner's Manual and are not up to our discretion, they are also up to you to do them or not. Nevertheless, you were sent an apology letter and a free oil change in an effort to show you we will work to keep a good relationship with you. We are sorry if you felt that was not enough, but we did our best. Thank you for for your comments.

Mike, we are sorry your wait was longer than it typically should be. On your routine visit the battery failed our simple battery test. In order to replace it under warranty, we had to hook it up to a different machine to do a warranty qualifier test and recharge. This is a requirement of Nissan USA. You did not have time during the first visit to perform the second test, and came back later. When you came back for the diagnostic test, after 15 minutes you needed your vehicle back. We had to take it off the tester and were unable to complete the process. We cannot warranty the battery without the print out with the failed code. We will be happy to finish performing this test at your earliest convenience. Please contact Denise Law or a Service Advisor to schedule this. Thank you.
