Fred Martin Nissan - Service Center

Your service department told me I needed a new alternator while my car was in for repair. They said “ it’s not putting out anything and this will kill your new battery in no time”. This would have added over while my car was in for repair. They said “ it’s not putting out anything and this will kill your new battery in no time”. This would have added over $1000.00 to my repairs needed. I could not afford this, so I brought my car home with out purchasing and installing a new alternator. I checked the output myself in my own garage and found it to be within spec. I have checked it multiple times since with the same within spec findings. I now have no trust in your service department and will never recommend your services to my friends or family. This was inexcusable.. I doubt I will even hear back from your company due to the fact this is not a stellar review. Sincerely , John Breehl. More
