Hello- We disagree that you were lied to. You were accidentally shown the incorrect Carfax for another vehicle that was discussed on your visit. Prior to purchase that error was discovered, and you elected to move forward with the purchase. Several accommodations were made for your situation in an effort to put you in this vehicle. We are sorry you do not agree, but we feel we went above and beyond to satisfy you despite having what we would consider a minor error. Thank you.

Hello- after looking further into this, it looks as if your vehicle was sent from our sister store to properly diagnose it, as we are a Nissan facility, and we were able to do that successfully.
