My service advisor Rich was professional and friendly and listened to what i wanted and why i was there. I appreciated him letting me know what my car needed but didn't pressure me into doing anything i didn't want to do. I spoke to holly in sales while i was waiting and she got straight to they answers to my questions and didn't play the topical sales games. An overall great experience. More

Everytime I take my car in I leave with something else broke The title says it all.. Everytime I bring it in for service I leave with something missing or broken. They always over sell me. Great first experience! First off, I’m from out of town. I’ve never had my Titan serviced anywhere other than the dealer that I bought it from.
