Service was good. Just don’t appreciate the pressure of replacing filters when not necessary. Too many emails stating you need to replace them after you have told them no!!!! More

We do have a notice on the Appointment Confirmation page regarding diagnostic charges, although we should have contacted you once we received the vehicle in overnight drop to review everything. We do have phone records indicating we made contact with you, but it appears as if our communication was not what you expected.
