I made an appointment to have a problem looked at but they did not tell me about the $150 fee to have it looked at when I made the appointment, instead they waited until I was at the facility to tell me they did not tell me about the $150 fee to have it looked at when I made the appointment, instead they waited until I was at the facility to tell me about the charge, It took them over five hours to get back to me after my appointment (my appointment was at 9 AM they did not contact me until after 2 PM and I tried to contact them 4 times between 11am and 2pm) when I told them I needed to have a estimate done before noon so I could get the car back. Then because they took so long in getting the estimate, they held the car for another day and did not offer a free loaner. And after all this they did not even offer an apology a discount or any other compensation. They followed up after I gave a poor review - but all that was said was “these things happen some days if we get busy”. I asked what was the purpose of an appointment if it was not to be honored, And I was told again “sometimes we get busy”. Basically poor customer service. More
