I needed a service on my car. Tried to take out a loan I was declined. I understand all that but what makes me mad is I live in W. Akron. It takes me 25 plus minutes just to give there. I asked how the process worked when I made the appointment. All I was told was to bring an old check or a document with my account number and bank name. I already didn't have the money to have my car fixed. But why spend gas to drive all the way to Green for nothing? It's inconsiderate. More
