Could have more support for a safety issue. When we called about a malfunctioning front seat belt, they couldn't look at it for a week. Hence the family wasn't able to use the vehicle for a week. After taking it in as per our appointment, they couldn't fix it because they didn't have the part. Now I have to wait once again for the part to come in, and then make another appointment for the repair to take place. 🙁 More
