Clay was so helpful through the process. We live in Pittsburgh and we’re able to negotiate over the phone before making the drive. Once we got there he was ready for us and moved the process as fast as Pittsburgh and we’re able to negotiate over the phone before making the drive. Once we got there he was ready for us and moved the process as fast as he could. Right after we left we noticed an issue with the outside lock function on the door but the dealership was closed already. Clay worked with us over the next few days to get us a rental and get the door fixed. Even though we aren’t local to the dealership, we would definitely work with Clay again and 100% recommend him. I had a great experience! Rod came right up t me, was very helpful and explained the different models and features. He suggested the Centra based on my budget. He let me take Rod came right up t me, was very helpful and explained the different models and features. He suggested the Centra based on my budget. He let me take the car for a ride to see how it handled and if I liked it. He kept the price of monthly payments within my budget. He even shared the sale with my cousin, Ben Easterling after I realized he worked there. Ben also helped me a lot. I felt he too explained all the details well. They both went over all the features of the car. Ben took me to the service department to meet the service manager. When it came time to get my car it was clean and ready to go. Ben showed me how everything worked and offered for me to come in if I had any questions. John Klotz in finance was efficient and had all the paper work ready. My only complaint with him was he was not very friendly. Seemed very matter of fact. . I really love my new leased car and am very satisfied with it. Great job!! More
