Hello- We are sorry to hear you had a negative experience. Yes, Mr. Moore was unavailable when you stopped by, but he did make sure that Ben had the floormats he purchased for you ready to go, and he explained to you how to get a second key since the vehicle you purchased only came with one. As for the tire sound, our Service Department test drove the vehicle while you were there and determined the tread was fine, there was just some minor noise from very slight wear. We are sorry you the buying experience did not live up to your expectations. Thank you for your comments.

I was never informed on how to get a second key, and I came there twice, with an appointment both times,”excellent customer service lol “ once you sign the paperwork, they just ignore you , I would HONESTLY say go to another dealership
