We had an issue with our 2019 Nissan rogue. Making a noise so she was going down the road. I called him up. He told us to bring it in and they would look at it. I have ordered parts from Fred Martin Nissan in Akron, OH. The first order i received an email stating it was canceled because you did not like the name i was having it shipped to. You took my money $163. OH. The first order i received an email stating it was canceled because you did not like the name i was having it shipped to. You took my money $163.06 and have not refunded it back to my account and your parts department. Then i placed the order again and your website changed my first and last name again. i sent this information to the contact on your website and a Jeremy Shaddix responded to me and told me the details. I then replied to him showing your systems error and that it should not matter whose name is on the ship to if all the payment info matches. You still have not issued my refund as i have contacted my financial institution. Then i ordered the parts again from your parts department. This time the total was $133.95. I have received no order information or updates from you and i have not received any parts. This is not how a business should operate. You have no issues taking my money seconds after my order is placed but for some reason you cancel my order and keep my money. That is not alright. I am not a person that is just going to let Fred Martin Nissan of Avon parts department that your NissanUSA webpage directed me to, to place my order take almost 300$ from me. I have already contacted your consumer affairs team via email and got nothing but a survey and a reply email asking me for my vehicles VIN and proof that i own it. WTH does that matter!! I should be able to order as many parts as i want for any vehicle even if it is not mine. This is NOT AN ISSUE WITH MY VEHICLE but AN ISSUE WITH YOUR DEALERSHIP=/COMPANY TAKING MY MONEY AND NOT PROVIDING ME WHAT I PAID FOR! From a Consumer standpoint this is NOT even close to an ok experience. More
