Overall a very good experience! I was ready for a new car and was stuck between two, an Encore and a Focus. After visiting Fred Martin, I decided to go with the Focus. I was also really impressed with my sales person, Stan Kosinski. He was fantastic. Not only did he not pressure me into buying the car, which truly made me respect him, he also took tons of time to help me out after I decided to purchase the Focus. He set up my sync and showed me how everything in the car worked, answering all of my questions, no matter how simple they were. He truly is a class act and you would be really lucky to work with him if you're in the market for a car. More

I decided to stop into Fred Martin after work and was greeted immediately by Kyle Moore. I told Kyle what I was looking for and we browsed the lot and I ended up purchasing the first Ford Fusion I came across. Kyle is an excellent person to deal with. He was able to understand my needs and desires and I didn't feel like he was trying to sell me anything I didn't want. He was empathetic and very friendly, something you don't find everyday among "sales" people. The level of comfort he brought to the table in terms of telling me what to expect, etc., really helped facilitate the process. In a few years when I purchase my next car, I will be coming straight to Kyle Moore. More
