Besides being a strong brand and truly enjoying the customer service that not only Ford USA provides, Fred Martin Ford goes above and beyond. We got a great price, handled my trade in (that was in rough condition), transferred the trade from a difficult dealer over an hour away to Fred Martin, they kept a smile on their face and had our new 2015 Titanium Escape 4WD ready the very next day. It's hard to find an honest dealership that has the customer's needs in mind and you can truly feel comfortable working with Fred Martin and Curt Putnam. We live over an hour from Fred Martin Ford and made the trip for the great service. We will continue to make the trip for service appointments going forward as well; the drive is well worth the trustworthy service we know we will receive. I cannot explain in words how much Curt Putnam has done in sales and Jeff Bacho in service, to make this transaction absolutely seamless. Although we selected the car in advance, there was zero pressure for particular sale. Yes, of course they wanted our business, but we knew it would be the right one for us and not just the "right sale" for them. Curt provided an excellent overview of the vehicle, the warranty, all services associated, etc. I know we'll be back when the time comes for our next Ford.
