They took the time to make sure they knew what I was looking for and located that vehicle in a timely fashion. They got me a great car at a great price. Rest of the staff was very friendly and made my old vehicle turn in breeze. Mike Ellinos made the paperwork a breeze. Had everything ready and answered my questions on the spot. Our first response came from Jeff Jewell at Fred Martin Ford. The very first thing that I realized about Jeff was his attention to detail. We spoke over the phone to set up an appointment and he had all of our information correct, asked just a few basic follow up questions, and was interested in giving us what we were looking for. We showed up at our appointment 15 minutes early, not a problem for Jeff. He greeted us with a pleasant hello, and again, had all of his facts straight. We were able to see the the vehicle we inquired about within just a few minutes. He took a few seconds to get our paperwork over to the finance department. Very shortly after that we were able to test drive the car we liked. Here's the kicker, we were purchasing a Chevy Impala from their used inventory. Jeff never tried to push us another direction which I found admirable. He is a Ford Salesman who happily gave us exactly what we wanted. We thank you for the time and effort involved in helping with our new vehicle. P.S. We loved Nikki. She was incredibly organized, and detailed. She was great to talk to, and quite funny. More
