Excellent Sales Experience I came into the dealership with a specific deal in mind and communicated that to Tony, my salesperson. Tony was very helpful and respectful of my time I came into the dealership with a specific deal in mind and communicated that to Tony, my salesperson. Tony was very helpful and respectful of my time, but his manager apparently was not and played the "manager back and forth" game twice. I had enough and walked away, but told Tony that if his management changed their mind about what I felt was a fair deal for me and the dealership, he could call me. When I got home, a message was waiting for me that they would make the deal I needed, so I went back and made the purchase. After the initial games, everyone at the dealership was very professional and helpful. Tony especially did his best to make it a pleasant experience. I would definitely buy from him again. However, I would caution his manager that the old "I need to speak to my manager game" is indicative of a disrespectful attitude toward clients that are much more educated in the car buying experience due to exhaustive information currently available on the internet. I would suggest that this manager (never met him/her) participate in some updated sales training to learn better ways to make the dealership money without alienating clients from coming back for their next vehicle. I'm giving this a 5 start rating because Tony, the salesperson, earned it. But the manager caused me to have second thoughts about going back to the dealership as the first choice on my next purchase. More
