Dynamite Service Just leased my 3rd Ford Escape from Fred Martin Ford and again I am extremely happy. I keep returning because of two factors. First factor is Mr. Curtis Putnam an A+ Salesman who is so caring and gracious and works so hard to make buying a car stress free! You go into the dealership thinking one thing and when Curtis gets through you have something that you never thought in your wildest dreams you could ever afford!! They love their dealer rating and keep deleting my review. I bought a 2008 Honda Civic. Everything was great starting out when I purchased in the winter. I discovered 6 months later that my air conditioner com I bought a 2008 Honda Civic. Everything was great starting out when I purchased in the winter. I discovered 6 months later that my air conditioner completely did not work but the car ran fine. I made a deal with Jeff Blanca, the service manager and they took a look at it. While they were looking into the issue, my whole electrical system happened to fail and needed to be towed. It was towed to a nearby honda store and they fixed it and the broken compressor after 3 weeks. I did pay some, but not the full price since obviously the car's ac was messed up while it was sold to me, but I failed to realize it since it was the winter. A year later, my car's A/C has similar issues. My car is not under warranty obviously, but I was sold a car with a faulty a/c compressor, a PCM bound to fail 3k miles later (or failed upon "fixing"), a misdiagnosis, and a window out of place. Service failed me completely since the one time fix was not fixed correctly. More
