Mark Thomas Ford in Austintown had the best inventory for what I was going for and I was very impressed. I came to the dealership to test drive it and the hospitality from the staff was amazing. Every single person there was so comforting and helpful. My first day there I was working with Alec and he was very knowledgeable about the products and gave me a wonderful first day. 2 days later I came into the dealership to purchase the car and everything went so smooth thanks to Ben.
