She was so knowledgeable about the vehicles and all its gadgets and made me feel I was making the right choice. From the first time I spoke with her on the phone the day before we seemed to hit is off immediately. She actually arranged to have me picked up at my home to bring me to the dealership since I actually had no car!! She made the whole process very comfortable feeling and answered all my questions.
