During a routine oil change, the service team of Elvin Hernandez and Dario Cortez informed my wife that she had a nail in her tire, and it was in a "non patchable area". They wanted to sell her a new $263 Hernandez and Dario Cortez informed my wife that she had a nail in her tire, and it was in a "non patchable area". They wanted to sell her a new $263.00 tire. She declined and took the vehicle to Discount Tire, where the tire was patched at no cost. I recommend the service department but be wary of the actual team that provides the service. More
I had a great experience at the Toyota used dealership. Bo helped guide me in choosing the best car for me. He was very patient and helped me look at options in my budget. My appointment was with the assistant service manager named Zachary Tobias who showed up 15mins after the appointment started, didn’t update my new phone number, and went on lunch when me and three other customers started questioning why the appointment was taking so long after he had given a time estimate of less than two hours. I called the manger for an update multiple times but he did not answer and after two and a half hours passed a different employee had to stop what they were doing it check the status because they saw how upset everyone was and it turned out the manager never updated my phone number so I was sitting around waiting for nothing while it was “being worked on” even though who knows how long it was ready and they didn’t let me know by purposely not updating my phone number. Strongly recommend going to literally any other dealership especially when it comes to the service department because this place was beyond trash, overfilled, and an overall mess. Customers shouldn’t be punished or automatically given an ugly attitude because of a recall on Toyotas end. Again, choose literally ANYWHERE else. More
