Love the truck, the sales team did a good job but when it came to service dept not happy at all. Got the truck on Black Friday 2022 it was a 2021Tundra certified and on Wednesday 11/30/22 got a check engine came to service dept not happy at all. Got the truck on Black Friday 2022 it was a 2021Tundra certified and on Wednesday 11/30/22 got a check engine light took it back to Fred Haas Toyota World and they said the catalytic converter was bad and they would replace it. They replaced it with aftermarket catalytic converter and asked why not oem and they said out of stock but I called service and they said they had to order so still don’t know why I got aftermarket. So my experience with the service dept is a 0 More
